Jerremy Howell, MS, PHR

Jerremy is an engaging HR professional with over a decade of experience in the suite of human resources. His expertise and versatility has given him the ability to work with business across several industries including; technology, advertising, health care, education, criminal justice as well as the not-for-profit sector.
With a unique ability to build relationships quickly and identify organizational needs, Jerremy has provided transformational leadership to all levels of management in both small and mid-size businesses. His style is transparent, relationship-centric and strategic. Some of his previous experience included specializing in the design and implementation of leadership development programs, change management training, culture building and facilitation.
Jerremy earned his Masters in Human Resources Management from Indiana Wesleyan University and a Bachelors in Corporate Communication with a minor in Sociology from Olivet Nazarene University. He is a Certified Professional in Human Resources, Certified Change Management Instructor, while also holding a certificate in Executive Education from The University of Chicago, Booth School of Business. Jerremy is also an adjunct professor at the University of Illinois at Chicago in the School of Business.
